When you create a Closet Crush account we store your email address, screen name, and an optional avatar configuration (body proportions, skin tone, hair style). We also store the garment photos you upload, the outfits you save, and your friend connections.
Your data is used solely to operate the app: displaying your closet, rendering your mannequin, saving your faves, and enabling the social features (friend requests, friend faves, notifications). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Closet Crush requests camera access to photograph garments and photo library access to import garment images and save outfit pictures. Photos are uploaded to your private storage and are only visible to you and your approved friends.
Data is stored in Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, and Cloud Storage). Authentication is handled via Firebase Auth with email and password. Images are stored in Firebase Cloud Storage under your user account. All communication uses HTTPS encryption in transit.
When you add a friend, they can view your garments and outfits, and save styled looks to your faves. You can remove a friend at any time, which revokes their access to your closet.
You can delete individual garments, outfits, and friend faves at any time within the app. To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at the email below.
Closet Crush does not currently use any analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not collect usage metrics, device identifiers, or location data.
